BWJ-600 positioner
The BWJ – 600 Heavy – Duty Welding Positioner is a high – performance equipment designed for industrial welding applications. It has a rated load capacity of 600 Kg, making it suitable for heavy – duty workpieces.
Smooth Rotation: Driven by a frequency – converter – controlled three – phase AC motor, the turntable rotates smoothly and steadily. The welding speed is steplessly adjustable, with a wide adjustment range and high – precision adjustment. The rotation speed can be displayed, which is convenient for operators to control.
Safe Tilting: The worktable can tilt 0 – 90° or 120°. The electric tilting motor has a large torque and is easy to operate, and is also equipped with a tilting protection device. The transmission system of the tilting mechanism has a self – locking device. Within the rated load range, the worktable will not tilt or move by itself.
The thickness of the table is 22 mm, and the T-slot is opened. It is convenient to install the chuck, does not leak welding slag, and protects the motor and reducer.
Table rotation adopts rotary support structure, stable rotation, high precision, no jumping up and down, small clearance, long service life.
