BWJ-200 positioner

The BWJ – 200KG welding positioner is a reliable and efficient device for welding operations. It is equipped with a DC – motor – driven rotary mechanism, providing stepless speed adjustment. The worm – gear – and – worm – wheel flipping mechanism with self – locking function enables the worktable to be flipped steplessly from 0 – 90 °.

This positioner features anti – electromagnetic – interference design, which effectively reduces the high – frequency interference during TIG welding, improving the welding quality. It can be configured with a controller having self – control function to control the working state and working time of the welding machine, realizing the linkage between the positioner and the welding machine. Moreover, it can be equipped with a gun – adjusting mechanism to fix the position of the welding torch, facilitating the transformation from manual welding to automatic welding.

Put the workpiece on the chuck, the chuck quickly clamp, through the hand worm can make the workbench tilt an Angle so that the weld is in a flat welding position, to achieve good fusion of the weld pool, beautiful weld forming.

The welding gun holder can be selected to fix and flexibly adjust the relative position of the welding gun and weld.

Optional pneumatic thimble, play the role of positioning/jacking/follow-up rotation, to ensure that the workpiece makes the weld concentric rotation.

The control box can be freely switched through the knob stepless speed regulation, positive and negative rotation adjustable, foot control and automatic rotation.

Control box can be optional timing function, equipped with welding machine linkage signal line, set the time and speed can easily achieve automatic welding.

Optional PLC touch screen can set the rotation Angle and rotation speed, control the pneumatic gun frame, one-key control, with parameter storage function.
