Straight seam welding machine
◆ Straight seam automatic welding is used for the welding of cylinder straight seam and flat splice straight seam; Applicable welding parts range: mainly used in aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel materials; Plate butt, thick plate V-shaped groove, single-side welding (can be formed on both sides), small welding deformation, neat weld, beautiful. The welding gun is driven by two dimensions, the workpiece is fixed, and the welding gun is moved to complete the welding.
◆ The main machine adopts cantilever structure, keyboard type pneumatic compression structure, closely arranged along both sides of the straight seam, to ensure that the butt weld is evenly compressed within the whole welding length; The spacing of the pressure fingers of the left and right keys can be adjusted to suit the welding of different workpieces.
◆ Copper lifter is installed in the welding core shaft, which provides backair protection function when argon arc welding, and can achieve the welding effect of single-side welding and double-side forming.
◆ The walking mechanism adopts servo motor drive, PLC touch screen control system, easy to operate.
◆ Optional Otai WSM-400 argon arc welding machine, cooling water tank, argon arc welding gun, CNC wire feeding machine, for relatively thick workpiece to achieve automatic wire filling welding process.
